Be sure to review all the Estate Planning information provided on our website before your meeting. The consultation meeting is a good time to introduce yourself and your family to Mr. Burleson, and explain the unique circumstances concerning your estate planning wishes.

A flat fee of $2,500.

Once you pay the invoice, you will be sent a form by CVEP to gather important information to begin drafting your Revocable Living Trust. Additional documents and information may be requested.

As your information is used to prepare the documents pertaining to your unique Revocable Living Trust, a second virtual meeting will be scheduled with Mr. Burleson to gather any addition information he may need, and to keep you up-to-date with the process.

Familiarize yourself with your Trust, ask any questions you may have, and make any changes that may be necessary.

A third and final virtual meeting to discuss the final draft of the document. During this meeting, Mr. Burleson will instruct you on how and where to sign the document, and give you instructions on how to proceed once the document is complete.

Our service ends once you have the complete and signed Revocable Living Trust in your possession.
